For this project, I worked side by side with the development team to understand the technical requirements and constraints of the new app. After collating user input from multiple sources, we compiled a feature list for the MVP, as well as concept designs and roadmaps to showcase the app's future potential.

In early 2023, we shipped the redesigned MVP to  App Store.
